How does group event and race day transport work, and what does it cost?
You tell us the event, pick-up address, group size and timing, and we confirm the vehicles and a fixed fare before the day. There’s no meter and no surge pricing — the price is agreed up front. Exact fares depend on your pick-up location, group size and event, so call us for a quote.
Can I book the return trip in advance?
Yes, and we recommend it. Give us the finish time and we’ll have a maxi waiting nearby when the event ends, so your group skips the after-event scramble for a ride. Booking both legs together is the smoothest way to do a race day.
How many people fit in a maxi, and can you take bigger groups?
Each maxi cab seats up to 11 passengers with room for around 10 bags. For larger groups we put on extra vehicles — 12-seater vans and additional maxis — and coordinate them so everyone travels and arrives together.
Where do you drop off and pick up at big venues like the MCG or Flemington?
We use the drop-off and pick-up points that work best around each venue, allowing for the road closures and clearways that come with big crowds. Your driver arranges a clear meeting spot for the return so you’re not searching in the crush.
