If you hold a Multi Purpose Taxi Program (MPTP) card, the Victorian Government subsidises half of your taxi fare, up to the program’s per-trip limit. We accept it on every wheelchair trip — just mention it when you book and show your card to the driver, and the subsidy comes straight off your fare. On top of that, our price is fixed and all-inclusive: no surge, no booking fee, tolls included.

Do you accept the Multi Purpose Taxi Program (MPTP)?
Yes. The MPTP takes 50% off the fare, up to $60 a trip. Your card is swiped on the driver's terminal at the end of the trip — so tell us you have one when you book and we will send a car with a working terminal and take online payment off the table, because prepaying would lose you the subsidy. Can a carer or companion travel with me?
Yes. A carer, family member or companion can travel alongside you at no extra seat charge.
Can I bring an assistance animal?
Yes. Guide dogs and other accredited assistance animals are welcome.
Do you do NDIS-funded transport?
Yes. We regularly carry NDIS participants to appointments, work, therapy and day programs.
How is my wheelchair kept safe during the trip?
You board using a hydraulic lift or ramp and stay in your wheelchair for the trip. The wheelchair is secured to the floor anchor points and you travel with an occupant restraint.
Does a wheelchair taxi cost more?
No. There is no surcharge for the lift or for accessibility — the same fixed, all-inclusive fare applies.
